There’s always something happening at Emu Park Surf Life Saving Club—we’re more than just a surf club; we’re a vibrant part of the local community.

Throughout the year, we host a variety of events that bring our members, families, and wider community together. Whether you’re a Nipper family, a volunteer, or a supporter of surf lifesaving, there’s something for everyone to enjoy and get involved in.

Join us for:

  • Fundraisers – From sausage sizzles to raffles and community fun days, our fundraisers help support vital club equipment, training, and programs.
  • Surf Carnivals – Come and cheer on our talented Nippers and senior members as they represent the club in exciting beach and water competitions.
  • Training Days – We regularly run Bronze Medallion, First Aid, and other lifesaving courses to upskill our volunteers and community members.
  • Club Nights & Social Events – Relax, connect, and celebrate with casual family evenings, presentations, and end-of-season events.

Club Facilities & Accessibility

At Emu Park SLSC, we’re committed to making the beach a place for everyone to enjoy.

Our club proudly supports inclusive beach experiences through the use of:

Available Features: Beach Wheelchair (sand use only), Beach Matting, Accessible Toilet and showers

  • Use of Beach Wheelchair – Beach Wheelchair available at life-saving club every day.
  • On weekends and public holidays, approach lifesavers at surf club.
  • On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays obtain wheelchair through café kiosk at surf club.

Unavailable Features: No adult changing places, quiet spaces
